The VMP is built for players who prefer to create their own openings rather than wait for enemies to walk into the crosshairs. Its aggressive fire rate and responsive handling make it a natural fit for building clears, fast flanks and the chaotic fights that develop around Buy Stations or late-game cover. It can punish hesitation quickly, but only if the weapon remains controlled enough to keep shots centred throughout its burst.
This Warzone setup preserves that close-range identity while giving the VMP a little more structure beyond the first few metres. The suppressor keeps rotations discreet, the extended magazine provides enough ammunition to challenge multiple opponents, and the remaining attachments improve the weapon’s consistency without turning it into a slow pseudo-rifle. It is best treated as a flexible SMG for assertive players who understand when to push and when to reset.
This build balances stealth, recoil management and sustained fire. It works particularly well as sniper support or as the primary close-range weapon in a mobile assault-rifle class.

The Redwell Shade-X Suppressor is central to the build’s purpose. Keeping shots suppressed makes it harder for nearby squads to identify your position immediately, which matters when you are working around buildings, rotating behind cover or attacking one side of a larger fight. The VMP naturally encourages frequent engagements, so avoiding unnecessary minimap exposure gives you a better chance of securing a knock and changing position before another opponent reacts.
That stealth is paired with the 14.6" Nocturnal-VI Barrel, which helps the VMP feel more dependable when a target is outside its easiest close-range window. A longer barrel typically asks for some handling in return, but the trade is worthwhile here because better range and bullet performance reduce the number of fights lost to sudden damage drop-off. You still have an SMG rather than a long-range weapon, yet enemies crossing a street or moving between pieces of cover become much more manageable.
Recoil behaviour is tightened further by the Force Stabilizer Handstop. The goal is not to remove every trace of movement, but to make the initial climb and continued spray easier to predict. That is especially useful against players who slide across doorways or strafe around interior cover. Instead of constantly dragging the sights back onto the target, you can maintain cleaner pressure and make better use of the VMP’s rate of fire.
The Greaves Valour Pad prevents the weapon from feeling too heavy after adding attachments designed for control and range. Its contribution to movement and weapon handling supports the quick direction changes expected from an aggressive SMG class. Meanwhile, the Erudite Extended Mag gives the entire setup the capacity it needs for Warzone’s armour system. A standard magazine can leave little margin for missed rounds, whereas the extended option allows you to finish a downed enemy, transfer onto a teammate or hold a doorway without reloading after every exchange.
Together, these attachments produce a VMP that feels composed without sacrificing its personality. The weapon remains quick enough for close-quarters pressure, but it is no longer limited to desperate point-blank fights. There is a genuine middle ground here: strong mobility, manageable recoil, useful concealment and enough ammunition to survive the messy parts of a squad engagement.
My first instinct with this VMP would be to use it from the edge of a fight rather than running directly through the loudest doorway. If another squad is holding the upper floor of a building, I would look for a side entrance, ladder or broken window and exploit the suppressor to remove the first player quietly. The build has the ammunition to continue that push, but I would still pause after the opening elimination if the remaining enemies know exactly where I am.
The Nocturnal-VI Barrel gives you permission to challenge across smaller streets and courtyards, though I would not confuse improved reach with rifle-level authority. When an enemy is sprinting between two buildings, a controlled burst is usually the better choice than unloading the full magazine. It keeps the sight picture steady and preserves rounds for the teammate who inevitably appears half a second later.
Inside tight rooms, pre-aiming matters more than trying to win every encounter through raw reactions. The VMP can delete an opponent quickly, but a shotgun or an ultra-light SMG already aimed at the doorway remains dangerous. When approaching a stairwell, I would clear the common head-glitch first, move far enough away from the entrance to avoid becoming an easy target, and then commit. Sliding blindly into a prepared squad wastes the build’s improved control.
Resurgence gives this configuration room to be relentlessly active. The extended magazine is valuable when several enemies land back on the same roof or flood a building from different angles. Even then, I would avoid chasing every cracked player. If an opponent escapes down a staircase while another is dropping onto the roof behind me, protecting the stronger position is worth more than forcing one uncertain elimination.
Battle Royale calls for slightly more restraint. I like the VMP as a secondary to a sniper or accurate long-range rifle, especially during rotations through dense areas where fights can suddenly collapse into close quarters. Open ground is another matter. If someone begins firing from a distant ridge, the sensible response is to reach cover and switch weapons rather than attempting a heroic SMG beam.
Watch the magazine after every two engagements. The Erudite Extended Mag offers useful breathing room, but the VMP can burn through that safety remarkably quickly. I would rather reload behind a closed door before plating than discover twelve rounds remaining when the next opponent jumps through the window.
This VMP loadout turns an already aggressive SMG into a more dependable Warzone companion. The Redwell Shade-X Suppressor enables quieter attacks, while the Nocturnal-VI Barrel and Force Stabilizer Handstop make the weapon easier to trust beyond point-blank distance. With the Greaves Valour Pad supporting its mobility and the Erudite Extended Mag covering multi-enemy fights, the build has the tools to move, flank and maintain pressure without becoming cumbersome.
Use it with disciplined aggression: take the unexpected entrance, secure the first knock and reposition before the rest of the squad can collapse on you.
