Shoot House Could Be Returning to Modern Warfare 4 After Mysterious Discovery
A Shoot House logo animation has reportedly been found in Modern Warfare 4's game files, sparking speculation that the fan-favorite map could return in Multiplayer.

Shoot House could be making a return as a standalone Multiplayer map in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, following a reported discovery in the game's files.
According to CharlieIntel, an animation featuring the iconic map's logo has been found in Modern Warfare 4's game files, raising questions about whether Infinity Ward is preparing to bring back the popular battleground.
The reported discovery has not been independently verified, and Activision has yet to announce Shoot House as a standalone Multiplayer map. However, there is already an important connection between the classic location and Modern Warfare 4's confirmed content.
Shoot House is already part of Modern Warfare 4, but there's a catch
Shoot House originally appeared in 2019's Modern Warfare, becoming a recognizable location thanks to its compact three-lane design, fast engagements, and mixture of close-quarters combat and longer sightlines.
Infinity Ward has already confirmed that elements of the original map will feature in Kill Block, Modern Warfare 4's new modular Multiplayer experience.
As explained in the official Kill Block announcement, the mode combines three interchangeable sections, known as Slabs, to create different battlefield configurations.
Some of these sections recreate recognizable environments from previous Modern Warfare games, including Shoot House, Crash, and Storage Town.
However, these are not complete recreations of their original maps. Instead, familiar locations become individual components of a larger, continuously changing battlefield.
That distinction makes the reported logo discovery particularly interesting.
A Shoot House animation could be connected to the already confirmed Kill Block content rather than a separate remake of the original 6v6 map. Without further evidence, neither possibility can be established.
